Il me semble ahurissant d’avoir à payer des frais quand on résile avec un opérateur qui est incapable de mettre internet à votre domicile ou même de vous rappeller.

Je ne lacherai pas l’affaire. 2 recommandés sont parti aujourd’hui au service consomateur de SFR et au service résiliation + une copie à la boutique SFR de ma ville.

Si cela n’est pas suffisant, j’enverrai au courrier au médiateur des services electroniques et aux associations de consomateurs. Hors de question d’être pris pour une bille et de payer pour ça en plus.

Pour info, j’ai changé de FAI : Contrat fait samedi 2/02/13 le matin, texto de mise en activité de ma ligne le mercred 06/02/13 , appel du technicien le même jour car cela ne marchait pas, venu du technicien le lendemain, internet fonctionnait 1 heure après.
